Before starting the business, I spent more than 15 years managing operations, teams and busy workplaces. It taught me that dependable service is not about making big promises. It is about turning up when agreed, communicating clearly and doing the work properly.
Today, Nash Property Services provides regular and one-off house cleaning, deep and end-of-lease cleaning, commercial and Airbnb cleaning, lawn mowing and practical garden tidy-ups. Every property is different, so we take the time to understand what matters most before confirming the scope and price.
There is no call centre and no complicated chain of people to work through. You can explain what the property needs, ask questions and get a clear answer from the person responsible for the booking.
For cleaning, we confirm the property size, bathrooms, condition, frequency and any priority areas. For lawn and garden work, we look at the lawn size, grass height, access, edging and the tidy-up jobs that matter most. Current photos are helpful when the condition or access is difficult to explain.
Once the work is agreed, we arrive with those priorities in mind and work methodically through the confirmed scope. If the needs of a recurring property change, we can review the plan rather than pretending one arrangement will suit forever.
